Jackie has a love for the techniques she practices and the following paragraphs are a bit about a few of the techniques that she loves because of their abilities to give solid and positive results on a regular basis.

Pfrimmer

Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy® is a highly refined system of corrective treatment designed to aid in the restoration of damaged muscles and soft tissue in the entire body. Using a specific series of well designed movements applied to the muscles, a fully trained Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapist concentrates on all layers of muscle that have become depleted of their normal blood and lymphatic flow. This specific therapy helps to restore the circulation with its natural healing properties to the cellular level. Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy® establishes a foundation for corrective massage upon which other trouble-shooting techniques may be added. It has been proven valuable in prevention as well as correction of many serious muscle conditions. Because of its positive benefits to all of the body's soft tissue, it may be described as the most comprehensive form of corrective bodywork available today. Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy® is the "healing touch.  For more information go to pfrimmer.com.

Nutrition Response Testing

Nutrition Response Testing, developed by Dr. Ulan, is a precise and non-invasive system of analyzing the body to help explore the body's need nutritionally.  The body can be maintained and it can repair itself if provided the correct nutritional supplement at the correct time.   Nutrition Response Testing is a very scientific and detailed technique used to help you attain and maintain optimum health.

Raindrop Technique & Applied Vitaflex

Raindrop Technique is one of those potent, gentle means to help the body heal itself and in correcting defects in the curvature of the spine.  There are numerous cases of scoliosis and kyphosis that have been resolved and eliminated the tedious and long recovery of surgery or eliminated the need for the uncomfortable bracing for thousands of people.  This technique originated in the 1980s as Dr. Gary Young researched and learned to integrate the Vitaflex technique of Stanley Burroughs in conjunction with the Young Living oils to bring about structural and electrical alignment (taken from the Essential Oils Desk Reference).  Raindrop Technique uses a sequence of seven or so essential oils that are immune boosting, supportive of the body's immune system and works with the other body systems.  All these oils have been chosen specifically which are high in antioxidants, are emotionally uplifting and are antiseptic.  Harmful viruses and bacteria finds being in an essential oil environment as hostile.  Essential oils can be stamina and energy boosting, helps in relaxation, can be stress busters, and can help enhance overall health.  The principal single oils (common names) used include:

Thyme, Oregano, Wintergreen, Cypress, Peppermint, Basil, and Marjoram.

These oils are applied to the feet and along the spine in small drops administered by the giver.

Raindrop is not a "cure all".  Our bodies also react to a balanced diet and exercise program.  Health is a balance in all we do, hear, say, see, and take in.  Raindrop is only one technique to restore homeostasis to the body.

A Bit About Jackie

Having more than 20 years experience Jackie will bring professionalism, knowledge, and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy to meet the needs of the body.

Graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse early in her working career gave her an appreciation for how the body works and its many cries for help with symptoms of dis-ease. Realizing the natural way of healing was more gentle and how the body many times responded better to the natural methods, she enrolled and attended the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in Alexandria, IN and graduated in 1996. Being fascinated by and watching how the body responds to natural methods so completely, she returned to college and received a PhD in Natural Health in 2013 from Kingdom College of Natural Health (kcnh.com) specializing in Homeopathy and Medicinal Herbs.  Jackie not only enjoys sharing her knowledge in a classroom setting but she enjoys learning by taking a wide variety of classes to benefit her clients and herself.

Her "hands on" speciality is Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy (pfrimmer.com). This healing method addresses issues from migraine headaches to sciatica with many other muscle issues in between. Even though Pfrimmer is more of a medical massage than a spa massage, relaxation is achieved by allowing the muscle tissue to calm down, unwind, and regain the ability to heal itself.  Another favorite technique is Raindrop Technique.  This technique is not only relaxing but very beneficial to the body.

Jackie is the owner of Abundant Life Holistics LLC and receives clients in Nashville, Indiana (southern Indiana) by appointment only.  She is a member of the ABMP and Therese C. Pfrimmer International Association of Deep Muscle Therapists, is Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Therese C.
